Using our easy-to use templates, you will be able to create your legal notice and have it published in our newspaper.

To create a Legal Notice, you will follow these steps displayed in template format.

  1. Select the Category
  2. Select the style of notice
  3. Create the notice text
  4. Proofread
  5. Schedule the date(s) that it will publish
  6. Complete the transaction

Deseret News will send an Affidavit (proof of publication) to the person named in the billing information. Notices with hearings must complete publication at least 1 week prior to the hearing date in order to ensure delivery of the affidavit to the Clerk Recorder.
